How much time as passed from the crew's perspective?

I was just thinking about this. After the first four seasons, how much time has actually passed from the crew's perspective? This excludes Discovery skipping over nine months when it left the Mirror Universe and the 930-year time-jump.

I figure S1 and S2 took place over the course of a subjective year, maybe a subjective year and a half. Michael of course then spent a year along in the 32nd Century. I figure from S3E2 to S4E1 had been about a year, maybe a year and a half. The rest of S4 seemed to take place over the course of maybe six months? Assuming that S5E1 brings us to another year and a half since S4E1, then the crew will have gone through maybe a maximum of six subjective years together. But this is all just me guestimating in my head without looking at actual in-universe dates.

"I have marveled these five months on Kaminar."
"Thanks to your efforts, we now have a vast supply of dilithium we can distribute to distant worlds, and we have reestablished peaceful relations with planets that... well, they were antagonizing our members only five months ago."
These quotes from the S4 premiere "Kobayashi Maru" seem to suggest that five months pass between the end of S3 and the beginning of S4.

In the novel Somewhere to Belong, it is said that the events of season 4 involving USS Discovery lasted about 2 months.

S1 & S2 = one year.
S3 = Burnham's first year in the 32nd century, followed by several months with Discovery.
From end of S3 to begining of S4 = 5 months
S4 = 2 months.

For Burnham, 3.5 years have passed. For the rest of the Discovery crew, its been 2.5 years.
