How many types of star trek stories are there?

Across all Trek series, how many different types of star trek stories are there?

Off the top my head, I can think of the following:
- Alien possesses member of the crew
- Space anomaly endangers crew/ship
- time travel
- Alien abducts crew member
- Alien takes control of the ship
- Alien is not who they appear to be.
- Holodeck
- Prime Directive
- Mirror/parallel universe(s)
- Transporter accident
- majority episode is not real.
- Mutated superior being

What else?

The one where Kirk gets the girl ... until the end of the episode.

The one where Spock and McCoy argue.

The one where Picard gives a long wandering essentually meaningless speech.

The one where Janeway insists everyone obey their Starfleet oath, everyone except her.

The one where Burnham screws up.

The one where Sisko fixes someone with his intense stare and barks at them

How many angels can dance on the head of a pin?

If you want something more "helpful": majority of episode is (potentially) non-real. "Yesterday's Enterprise", "Tapestry", "All Good Things", "The Inner Light", et al.

Off the top of my head...mostly TNG...some episodes can fit into two

1. Prime Directive Moral Dilemmas.
Symbiosis, Pen Pals, Who Watches The Watchers, Homeward.
2. Hostage Situations.
Power Play, Invasive Procedures.
3. Holodeck Adventures.
The Big Goodbye, Man Hunt, Fistful of Datas, Emergence, Our Man Bashir, Badda Bing...
4. The crew has amnesia.
Clues, Conumdrun.
5. Parallel Universe.
Mirror Mirror, Yesterday's Enterprise, Remember Me, Parallels, Crossover, Through The Looking Glass, Broken Mirror, Emperor's New Cloak.
6. Kidnapped.
The Cage, High Ground, Allegiance.
7. Klingon Politics.
Sins of The Father, Reunion, Redemption, The Way of The Warrior.
8. Courtroom Trials.
Court Martial, The Menagerie, A Matter of Perspective, Sins Of The Father, Dax, Tribunal, Rules Of Engagement.
9. Disease of the week.
Miri, Naked Time, The Deadly Years, Naked Now, Shades of Grey, Babel.

That's just scratching the surface.

It was the first thing said - alien possesses member of the crew.
TNG did mostly Klingons. DS9 did mostly shapeshifters and Dominion. Voyager did mostly holograms. And Enterprise mostly cannibalized TOS, et al.
