How many Trek books has the writer written?

Just for fun, let's play another game (since the other one's gone dead again). This one is pretty simple.

Someone on here will say the name of a Star Trek author (past or present) and guess how many he/she has written altogether. Anthologies, short stories, comics, novilizations can be counted.

As for the writers who post here, you can play but you can't guess your own works.

Your allowed 3 guesses per writer. If all guesses are wrong, you may not play agin until the next round (the new name is posted). The winner gets to choose the next name.

BONUS: If you know the years they wrote their perspective works.

So, ready? Good Luck..

I'll choose the first one..

Diane Carey....

Brodeur is a hard one to call, since he's co-plotted many novels without credit (most or all of Carey's and the early ones by Dave Galanter). So it's probably a question of how you define his authorship.

But if you put an infinite number of Trek authors in front of an infinite number of typewriters, they would eventually bang out some smokin' Sex in the City tie-ins...

^^^
The theory demands the use of a typewriter. If you put the writers in front of computers, they'd just surf porn sites all day.

Well, not all day.

I mean, there has to be time for downloading movies and old TV shows from torrent sites, right?
