How many "Crewman" were in more than one epsiode?

Phoenicianknight

Rear Admiral
Rear Admiral
I don't mean as backround people, but a crewman with actual lines, and even given a name in the show.

How many were in actual episodes more than once.

Well wait, once they are given a name in the show, are they really properly considered to be generic "crewmen" anymore?

I say yes. These guys had multiple names, got killed off and came back (and not in that Nomad/Katra/only the girl was real to him way)... Kirk could throw a name at them, but that didn't make them more than spear-carriers.

Lt rogers 2 eps.
Leslie spoke in 4---------also about 50 non-speaking
Riley in 2
Hansen in 2
Depaul in 2
Kelowitz in 3
Desalle in 3
Kyle spoke in 10---also 1 non-speaking
Rand spoke in 7------also 1 Non-speaking
M'benga in 2
Angela Martine in 3
Farrell in 3
O'neal in 3
Galloway in 4 or 5
Johnson in 2--same actor as Galloway

Many others spoke in multiple episodes but were not named in any or all, but it might be assumed they were the same crewmember.

Fisher in 2
laughing crewmwan/ tech in 2------Garalnd thompson
phaserman/tech in 2----John Arndt

etc.

Then of course there was the famous case of Commodore Bob Wesley, who also appeared as a crewman in "Devil in the Dark". (Not sure if he had a name in that one.)

Who was the non-speaking navigator-type for most of the first season?

His hairline makes his head look like a lightbulb.

He was the guy who ended up in the plaster mask playing Sargon's android body.

I remember thinking as a kid, "They can't let this jackass say one thing? Does he whistle when he talks or something?"

Joe, worst describer ever

Riley ws in only 2?

Man, he had such a big portion of that one episode, you would have thought he would have been in more episodes.

Riley was only in 2 but he had pretty decent roles in both episodes. Much bigger than most other crewmen.

Barry Russo's character was named "Giotto" in DITD.
Giotto was also a Lieutenant Commander and Chief of Security, and thus probably doesn't quite fit the category.

Don't forget Ron Veto, who played "Harrison" and others during Season 1.
