The other point is, what condition is she actually in? She may be in such major bad shape from lack of water she may never recover fully. Her organs could be collapsing.

the right answer, as I recall, is about a week. Depending on heat, humidity, exertion level (or injury), sometimes less. In general, thought it was a week without water, and about 2 weeks without food.

It is up to about 60 days (somethime more) without food depending on how much body fat and muscle you had to begin with. The IRA hunger strikers went that long without food before they died. I think the longest was about 74 days. If I remember correctly all they drink was water.

Nah, it's not. I've been like that my whole life. I just sweat very, very heavily when I'm doing anything strenous, especially outdoors in the heat. I'm not thirsty otherwise.

depends on the level of exertion, if you are in an AC cooled room and in a coma, quite a while w/o water. Desert, not so much...
