How long before the next Excelsior book?

Okay.

First off, Excelsior: Forged in Fire, was, IMHO, completely AWESOME!!!

One of my all time faves. Mike and Andy have my highest praise!:techman:

Now...I wonder: Is there a new Cap'n Sulu book in the works?

If so, for how long?

If not, why not?

Sulu and his ship play a key role in The Tears of Eridanus, in next year's Myriad Universes collection, Shattered Light.

yes, Forged in Fire was an excellent book. i'd certainly enjoy more Sulu novels.

I just thought it was ok and far from "awesome" to be honest.

An Alt/Myriad Universe tale of Sulu and the Excelsior could be a fun read though.

I've been hoping Sulu would have a story in the Myriad Universe books. Thanks for the info about the Excelsior story.:bolian:

Steve's statement is 100 % correct. Deductions based on it tend not to be, however. :vulcan:

I loved the 'Forged in Fire' as well; it was extremely satisfying. And I also enjoyed "The Captain's Daughter" & "The Sundered"; I've not read the Sulu Catain's Table entry. If there are more Sulu books to come I look forward to them...and if there aren't I'm ok with what we have. The three that I've read were sort of perfect from my perspective.
