How is Janeway sexy?

teacake... there is only ONE Janeway photo you need to bring for an autograph...

As for autograph number 2... I will defer to your impeccable judgement.

But... if you need a suggestion. ;)

As for a NON-Janeway image ?

What about using that wonderful Avatar... "Ashes of the Borg Queen". :bolian:

I BET you she will HOOT when she sees it. :guffaw:

I think you've been given a PB&J already. But have another just in case. Possum steals them sometimes.

I started to virtually bite you on the finger, but remembered my broken tooth just in time.

I thought possums were sweet, gentle creatures?

AMC, I thought about you when driving home through Jersey today.

There was an exit for "Possumtown road"... and I thought..."Possums need a whole TOWN in Jersey?

Then I wondered why the town was just limited to one "Road".

Then I wondered the about the term "Road Kill Cafe"...

Then I read froot's comment about NOT being the type of person to run over small animals...

Then I wondered if PETA monitors the Sexy Janeway thread at Trekbbs...

Then I decided to drop the whole cafe idea and welcome Delann13 to the thread (YEAH! She's OLDER than me!!! :bolian: )

Then I noticed lurok's new (?) signature line and started ...

Then I heard a knock on the door... OMG THEY'RE from PETA!

I'm outta he....

Computer dies.

Hmmm . . .

High-five plus fist-pound :techman:

You are distracting me with Quinto!!!!

/pants slightly

He is rather hot here.

Huh? What Captain Kirk?

You don't feel sexy enough?

How about this :D

:drool::drool::drool:

I don't know about Quinto, I likes me some Captain Fine.

Can I have both?

And JR, nice leap of logic there! I'm a little worried that Possum has minions... (sorry your tooth is in such pain! If it helps, I tend to faint at the doctor's office if there's blood/needles involved, so I feel your pain, sorta. I hope your dentist can get things set right and make sure you're blissfully unaware!)

Aaaaaaand I'm going to just leave this here.

EDIT: How is it that everyone else has perfectly coiffed, gelled hair after every single battle/speed bump, and Janeway always looks like she's been doing jumping jacks in a wind tunnel?

EDIT2: I feel like I want to drop a picspam of Janeway's worst hair disasters.

Wow, that's awesome that you faint at blood and needles! Actually, it's not awesome, especially for you. But it's awesome in a Misery Loves Company sort of way. Thanks, Froot!

MMMMMM Nice pic!!!!!!

ETA: It's the Crazy Hair! As in: "So then consoles started blowing up all over the Bridge, and Janeway put on her Crazy Hair and kicked the aliens' buttocks."

:guffaw::guffaw:

Oh no! You have this problem too?! I am an absolute fainting machine. Like those goats that fall over when spooked. I can handle dentists okay, although I did get put under for a couple big things.

I've fainted just getting a freaking IV. And... lots of other things. If I ever break a bone, I hope it's somewhere where another person can find me 'cause I'm gonna be out.

At last, someone who understands. :guffaw:

EDIT: The Crazy Hair does indeed seem to go hand-in-hand with Exploding Consoles and Buttocks-kickery. She must summon it on purpose 'cause it has special powers.

Oh, no, I only faint at the dentist. Needles and blood are OK. (As long as they are not near my teeth!) But, still. I understand the underlying issue which is that it's something completely out of your control that other people think is weird.

I even tried standing around with my hands on my hips before I went to the dentist, and it didn't help.

ETA: I am laughing waaaay too hard at the goat comparison. Especially when I look over at the horns on your avatar.

^ You are really shredding your way through Doctor Who, aren't you? Are you into the color era yet?

And I know that the action is getting good when Janeway's hair gets messed up. I just like it better, I don't know why.

All I saw was blood and needles and I freaked out.:eek::eek:

*Shudder*

I'm going back to making videos now. Where there will be no blood or needles. ;)

:P And now that's a comparison I will never be able to unsee. So much for badass dragon horns!

Wow. Hands on hips didn't even infuse you with bravery? The same gesture that scared a tornado into leaving you alone? Cripes.

...But, yeah. You're right. Triggers like that just can't be waved or gestured away. I'd love to know how to stop getting auto tunnel vision any time someone waves around a needle with a tube attached!

Just imagine yourself doing the dismissive hand wave:

"Oh, there were all kinds of blood and needles [DHW] flying around, but I didn't give up."

BTW, in the Season 7 special features, Kate Mulgrew's body language is pretty interesting. When she's talking about something that makes her uncomfortable, she puts her hand on her forehead (but not with the fingers out, like when she's doing a mini-wave), almost like she's trying to hide. Is that her tell?

Fascinating listening to her speak, though.

Yes, it keeps my mind off my toothache. Still in black & white, just watched "Tomb of the Cybermen" this evening. LOVE the Second Doctor very much, despite having to watch most of that era as reconstructions.

Can't wait to get up to the color Third Doctor era so I can try to spot episodes I remember from when I was a kid. :)

And I know that the action is getting good when Janeway's hair gets messed up. I just like it better, I don't know why.

Because the Crazy Hair has power. A secret, subliminal power, similar to that of the White Tux.

:P And now that's a comparison I will never be able to unsee. So much for badass dragon horns!

Yes, they are quite baaaaa-dass.

Wow. Hands on hips didn't even infuse you with bravery? The same gesture that scared a tornado into leaving you alone? Cripes.

Nope. Next time, though, I'll add in a DHW. Can't hurt, might help.

"Oh, there were all kinds of blood and needles [DHW] flying around, but I didn't give up."

:guffaw::guffaw:

Yeah, can't hurt to give it a try! Bahahahhahaa. At the very least, I'll look pretty classy. Never noticed the hand-on-forehead thing, though! I shall have to go through the special features again.

"Hey! Anyone have a hairbrush?"

How is Janeway sexy, 'Sacred Ground' let's see how many folks look like this after 39 hours of obscure alien endurance rituals
vlcsnap-2011-06-02-11h55m47s232.png

The way she lounges, the more relaxed she gets the more she looks like she owns everything around her.

Endgame, apart from out of the blue C7 and no closure to the casts stories post Voyager, I like this episode. I like the story itself as I love Janeway's Kirk like attitude to 'No win scenarios' and Directives to be obeyed- 'I don't like to lose'
This scene is a favorite, her eyes seem to have a moment of heartbreak that Seven doesn't recognize her.

That's exactly why I like this episode. It may not be as good as Dark Frontier, but Admiral Janeway is even more BAMF than Janeway and yes, that scene and how she almosts gasp "Seven!" with all the emtion on her eyes, aww... Love it to pieces.

Indeed, in the previous moments she looked to be having so much fun watching her younger self and the Doc. She seemed to be enjoying the moment with a lot of almost impenetrable aloofness which just collapses in her eyes when Seven walks in. It is a wonderfully well played moment.
