I just noticed you were setting up to do a WWII pilot portrait, Spalko! I'm sorta dense for not retaining that info at first, sorry.
I have no idea how far along you are, but there was a real set of American civilian female pilots in WWII called the WASP. They flew all the same aircraft as the men and did the same things - the only thing they did not do was fight in direct combat. A lot of them even towed targets for target practice while the male pilots shot at them with live ammo.

That's all margaret bourke-white, I did very little to the base pic. Her photos are so beautiful it seems a sin to manipulate them.

Maybe your "Mulgrew Bouke White" will be assigned to photograph Spalko's "Janeway: Ace WWII pilot"????

Froot - yeah, I know them because I have been through several pages and pictures of WASP members in order to get her uniform be realistic. I always do quite a research before start a new drawing

I almost end drawing Janeway in a skirt uniform, but more people wanted to see her in a full pilot gear instead.
Yesterday, I learned a new word which is relevant to this thread: Callipygian.
Agreed. Alot of booze is literally the ONLY way anybody could find this woman sexy.
Personally, I don't think she's ugly, but sexy? Nah.
