JuPiter Station was technically a J/P site as well, hence the name, but they did have everything. A poster named Geordi ran the place, I think.

Also, Possum, don't forget to make Morrigan like you (which is hard, I know, since she's a raging jerk)! You can give her the book but she has to like you to start the quest proper. I think the book is in some chest or desk in the main Enchanter's office.
