OK. These kitchen pictures. Make up for every stuffed rabbit and potporrui bowl in all the other photos. Yes. Even though that round basket looking thing under the sideboard is a bit worrisome. That's OK.

Here it is, on my hugely messy desk, taken as is other than the Janeway figure peering into the hummus vat which was added.
Cup is for Valeris.
Postcard under beads is for Vinkula (it's from Finland, my oldest friend is from there and she just went back for a couple months).
And that's a bulb of garlic which I mysteriously found in my bag and dumped on the desk some time ago. Yeah I'm one of those messy people, especially in my own realm, which my desk is.
^^^ That is impressively messy. 
I think it was even worse in the post pics of your desk thread some time back. People kept posting pics of their desks which looked Ikea ads so I figured what the hell.
Nice. I have a tiny desk. So it gets messy pretty easily. But mostly my nephew's artwork and other papers. Not a whole lot of knickknacks.

Once stuff hits my desk it never leaves.
