To be honest, we weren't even supposed to date. He was my older sister Natasha's ex boyfriend while she was in college. But she ended up dumping him for his best friend and then I found him and well . . . It was in Vegas. And a legal friend may have bought drinks for us and after a few cocktails and shots we may have decided to get married.

And we just never had it annulled. I was nineteen I don't think either of us has regretted the decision not to drink, but if we do well it brings back some memories.

WOW. That is quite a story.

I forget that the drinking age in the US is 21, it's 18 here.

Lol! Yeah. I just drank to drink then. It was the time of experimenting and after my interest in Star Trek waned my interest in partying spiked. I stopped when I met my husband though.

As soon as I saw Ezri in her first appearance I loved her. Jadzia was a good character but I didn't have a huge attachment to her. I'm a huge Ezri fan, I think the actor was sooo good and they really used her well for that last season.

Jadzia and Julian--she toyed with him too much I think, she wouldn't have respected him. He was just a really cute boy to her.

I realized one day in World of Warcraft that Lady Sylvanas's voice sounds a lot like Janeways and perhaps that why I was so smitten with her Anyway.. I'd love to see someone do a pic of Janeway as Sylvanas. (the bat reference brought this to mind).

The book "Mosaic" would imply this as well. They got along pretty well for most of her life, but she always considered him nerdy and boring when she was younger.

She didn't go for Mark until Justin (who was much more feisty) died. The way the book makes it sound, she needed someone steady after what happened. Probably why she got engaged to him.
