How is Janeway sexy?

Now that I've caught up with the six pages that have been added, I am ashamed to say that the first time I watched Mercy I didn't recognize Kate . . . I have a defense. I'm not sure what it is but it's there. I'll blame morning sickness though since it started around that time.

Now I just wish the episodes were on YouTube because my computer is broken.

It's because Kate's acting is so wonderful that she created a character completely different from Janeway and you never registered who it was.

Not me. A bitch I could see, I think she played one in Murder, She Wrote.

Or my attentions were turned to wanting sushi, I craved lots of seafood that brief pregnancy, or I was busy enjoying the fact that my hubby got off 48-hour shifts because I was pregnant, or it was morning sickness.

Maybe I'll buy the show and put the episodes up on YT. Let me scurry on over to amazon and see how much, what can I say, I'm cheap.

EDIT: For a little over $20 dollars, come to momma. In two weeks I shall order.

If we judged everything on whether or not Kate was in it, nothing would be on. She sticks mostly to the stage these days. Mostly over on the east coast *grumble* and never over here in California.

I'm sorry about the briefness mairbeariepie :(

Yeah mine was 20 bucks plus some postage. They were up on youtube at one point but they seem to have been pulled, so be careful you don't compromise your account.

It took me a while to get into it, but I'm starting to like Mercy.

Although the distinct lack of Mulgrew is disturbing.:borg:

yes - if you blink you'll miss her and she's only in about 1/3 of the episodes.

That is so wrong.

True. But her few moments on the show make me want to see more.

I know!

None of the really great stage stuff ever happens in California.

It's because we're a baby state. Stage prospered over east while prospectors were mining gold here and Mexicans ruled the land basically. We get lots of Robert Beltran though. :)

Except for that episode. With the brain thing and her husband. And the family fight at the hospital.
It's the only episode I watched. And I'm trying not to give away everything.

I guess.

Although, I'd rather we had more Mulgrew, to be perfectly honest. Beltran isn't exactly an equitable trade.

Ooooh...I'm excited now.

:(

That's almost as sad as life apparently is in Newark.

(Seriously though. Did anyone else get the impression that life really sucks there?)

That whole area is DEATH. It is so depressingly, effingly ugly.. if it looks bad in Mercy it's as bad as it looks.

Apologies to anyone who lives there and loves it.

There's this one scene where this one character goes off on the main character (love triangle or something) and it's this epic rant about how he hates New Jersey, and compares it to Iraq...where he and the main character were stationed. In a combat hospital.

I haven't posted any pictures in days. Time to make up for it.

And one from when she did LL&WIW. Kate and I has the same awkward smile when we show our teeth. :D

No. It isn't. He was in Big Love a few times I think. Thank Voyager since he gets typecasted as Native Americans :D

I wish I hadn't been in Chicago when she was doing Tea at Five, I was taking creative writing and journalism and was so busy I never got a chance to see it. And then when she did Antony & Cleopatra this past fall my OB/GYN still wanted me on lax bedrest so no flights for me. And I found that out after my sister bought the tickets.

That really sucks. :(
