How is Janeway sexy?

I have this built in cabinet in m house that has 5 shelves for collectible spoons. It is full of original 70's SW figures :p

That's a lot of spoons.

You know who I can REALLY see her with? Sheridan from Bab 5. Janeway needs a Real Man (or 7, haha)

Or Captain Pike from Trek XI.

Or Robau. :p

I absolutely hated the NJO. I quit SW EU after that and stuck to the movies. I also REALLY have to get around to watching Clone wars.

I think that was one of the things I didn't really like about Destiny...it was too much like the NJO.

Oh I love Star Wars, don't get me wrong. The original three. The new three disappointed me. But Liam Neeson, Ewan McGregor, and Hayden Christensen are all beautiful men. Hubby adores Wars. His "office" *cough*play room*cough* is full of Star Wars toys. Not even joking.

So does he. But he plays with them.

I've come to the conclusion that I'm married to a child. A thirty-eight year old child who has his doctorate. OMG! He's Wil Wheaton just with a doctorate. :guffaw:

And Qui Gon and Janeway . . . . Ehhhh, I don't see it.

 I've never seen Bab 5. Ever. I had actually never heard about it until TBBT

Oh that sounds fun. I love the snow. Sometimes it sucks having a doctor for a husband. Maybe next year. :)

You're nearby Klamath, right? Does it snow there?

Mt. Shasta and Mt. Lassen are our closest peaks. Klamath is in Oregon and that would be about a three maybe four hour drive.

*raises hand* I have a Voyager model. And the Enterprise. And the Enterprise-E. And I think I still have the Janeway model I made. And a few action figures. And I just got Star Trek Scene It.

Lucky!

I'm trying to find Voyager models online, but they don't really have what I want...they have a ton of other ones that are exactly what I'm looking for, but not Voyager. :(

I'd say you could have mine but I've had it for years and it was my last Christmas present from my mom's dad. So . . . Yeah. But I could help you find one.

Obviously if C/7 could happen . . . . Anything's possible.

Oh snap.

I would appreciate that. :)

I've just been sort of browsing, and I'm surprised at the lack of Voyager...and at the price for some of them.

NJO had a bad taste to it, like sucking batteries. When I finished the first book I actually regretted reading it which doesn't happen very often.

I've only got the ST:XI Enterprise and the NX-01, the latter being my favorite ship. Otherwise I have many many action figures, calendars, mugs, badges.. for a long time I had batleth earrings but I eventually lost one and the company didn't sell them any more :(

Things are pricey these days. :( Lame economy. I'm not sure who to vote for anymore. I don't even think I want to vote anymore.

And teacake I refuse to believe she is turning fifty-six on my birthday. Just refuse to believe it. She's too gorgeous.

You have the same birthday!!! That is really fabulous!

Yes the ships are very pricey. I waited months to buy the ST:XI ship because it was 80.00 here which is ridiculous. Finally it dropped to about 30.00 but I was always aware it could just disappear before it actually dropped which happens quite a lot.

Yep. April 29th. Hers was in 1955 mine in 1986.

They are pricey. $65 for a 5" Voyager model. Mines almost two feet long and cost my grandpa $45 :wtf:

Sort of like BD?

I tried looking to see if there were any batleth earrings, but unfortunately not even Etsy has any (though they do have some Klingon crest earrings...)

And oh no! Looks like AMG has some competition from...Meerkat Janeway!

I mean, as badly as I want it, I'm not going to pay $150 for a model of Voyager (I'm loyal but broke supporter)

You're only as old as you feel...and she obviously doesn't feel old at all.

My Corgi model of the Enterprise-D was only about $22. But my sister messed with it and it snapped off of it's stand, with the top in it. I haven't been able to fix it, and I figure it'd be easier to get a new model (which only costs $19).

^^^

I would say I could make you a paper mâché one but I'm not sure how well it would turn out. My Janeway wasn't that bad though.

I have the Pon Farr perfume. It is truly awful. I had to have one of them though because one of my other hobbies is perfume collecting, history etc.. and to have these two disparate hobbies meet in one product just blew me away! Too bad it is completely unwearable.

mairbeariepie do you have a photo of your paper mache Janeway?!

Yeah. Though then men's ones are mostly okay in a very generic cologne way. I have not smelled Shirtless Kirk, but I've smelled Red Shirt and Tiberius. Maybe they are bit like Old Spice with vinegar but they are still wearable. The Pon Farr one has a nice IDIC symbol on the bottle :)

Ah...interesting.

Also, why do Kirk and Sulu and Red Shirts get cologne, but no one else?!

And the blade of a lirpa :D
