Landru controlled the behavior of the society. Sometimes peaceful, but all blown off in a hectic murderous binge called 'The Red Hour' where social stress was cast off in mindless irresponsible violence. Here it is sometimes called TNZ.

I only watch about ten episodes from TOS and that's not one of them.

It was really good.

I loved the decaf bit at the end.

The only bad thing about pregnancy . . . next to morning sickness, back pains, gas, etc: no caffeine!!!!!

Thanks Gov Kodos I will check it out. It does sound like it could go either way as far as my opinion, lol. I am not much of a movie person, preferring episodic tv series (or, as I tell my film buff friends, I'm shallow). I like fast paced dialogue too as long as it isn't precious, though that is also in the eye of the beholder (wasn't that a TAS ep?).

My favorite non-sci fi movie is The Piano.

I'm jumping the gun, it's late and I'm tired. And hubby should be really asleep now, I can hear him snoring from downstairs, time to put Phase 1 into action.

If this doesn't work I have a whole heap of crocodile tears that I can use.

And if that doesn't work, well then he can sleep on the floor under the bed for the next month . . . Or until I see X-Men, whichever comes first.
