How is Janeway sexy?

No I'm in Victoria but I bet we live in very similar towns.. except you have surfers too I bet! Lovely kind of environment (and I'm not a stoner I hasten to add). Artsy fartsy and friendly. I'll send you a PM.

I moved here 4-5 years ago, from Victoria.

We are about 90 mins inland from Byron Bay so not too many resident surfers - however we do get a lot coming here on daytrips. We are in the hills...lots of trees and wildlife...I love it (I'm not a stoner either - did it at Uni and grew out of it then).

Look forward to your PM - I'm trying to recall the hippy towns in Vic at the moment....the one that springs to mind starts with D.

They are JANEWAY HOT.

I just need the chain. :D

Hehehehehe

It looks like it's from Mercy...

I think you're right . . . I'd have to go through again though.

Oh, and forgive my dog leash in the background.

Its not.

I don't know where its from, but she plays a bad guy IIRC. I saw this in a you tube clip this winter.

She's basically threatening some (?) chick into doing her evil corporate bidding.

I'LL do her evil corporate bidding!!

Pick me Kate, pick me!!

She plays a doctor in it.

Speaking of Doctor's; One of Two and Two of Two are girls officially, now the actual CVS was done and it was confirmed. Placenta is still firmly attached, which according to my OB is lucky after the accident. They are a bit small for twelve weeks though, which I find hilarious since I've gained 15 pounds in the last two weeks. But all-in-all really good.

And now, I leave you with Kate

That is fantastic Mair!! I am very happy it went well. As to the smallness.. EAT MORE! (LOL, yes I know this does not affect anything).

And was that ONE placenta?

Here is some Janeway for you, she is thinking..

One placenta.

They're late twins. In other words the twin was not created until a week after division began. That does happen a lot. Or some doctor tech like that.

The fact that they're sharing a placenta is part of the reason they're slightly smaller than they should be.

Eat more? I think I need to eat less! I think I just ate the biggest nacho EVER! My husband is still in shock that tiny me, who's actually not that tiny thanks to baby/pregnancy weight but I'm still pretty friggin tiny, could eat so much food in less than an hour. :guffaw:

Well..

<thelecturebegins>

Make sure you eat protein every day, good protein not just vaguely cheese protein. Try and eat red meat every day to keep up your iron as well as being a excellent protein, real steak not ground beef which has less of everything. If you can't choke it down think of it as medicinal. Even if you make one small steak a day it will be very helpful. And eat lots of vegies, you can always make juices with apple and any vegies in it if you have trouble preparing/eating them. You might want to try weaning yourself off processed food as upping the quantities of that offers nothing and causes problems. It's very easy to just eat for feelgood reasons when pregnant and not realize how little nutrition you are getting as well as how huge the salt and sugar intake is.

</endlecture>

Okay that's it, not saying any more lectures for the rest of the pg!

Except.. if you still want junk food use it as a reward for yourself after you've eaten a nice steak and some veg.

I think you and Possum both went to Eating Healthily University  Who was the valedictorian?

I know. I'm eating better. I just needed a nacho today. I have however every night just been eating junk food. Only because that stuff I need a lot of. Girls are most definitely made out of sugar, especially these girls.

But I've been eating lots of fruits and vegetables. I just made a veggie and meat lasagna a few days ago. And I'm making Kilbasa salad tonight :)

Here's my eating protein and iron suggestion:

Pick out the nicest, thinnest little steaks you can find in the supermarket, some nice schnitzels or whatever. If they still look a bit big cut them all in half, freeze them and eat one a day. Make yourself eat it. This really works to maintain iron levels and to ensure that you are eating quality protein.. it's better than one huge meal a week. If you want to reward yourself with some junk after eating it go ahead, lol. Kilbasa will have almost no protein and lots of salt and sugars.

I know you probably think I'm being a pain in the ass Mair :adore:

It's just I know pregnancy is exhausting and debilitating and with twins it's potentially a whole lot worse. I know eating gets difficult for many people because you run out of stomach space, heartburn etc.. and that would be a very hard time to start eating in a way which isn't as feelgood.

Okay I'm shutting up now and giving you THIS as my apology for lectures:

"Oh Mair, please don't eat the potroast! Charcoal is a laxative."

Now I'm curious, and I get horrible when I'm curious. . . . . PM it to me please.

There's a reason I hate birthdays and Christmas to this day.
