Its not all that mysterious. I finished watching NCIS and came in here to check out what you kids have been up to, when what to my wondering eyes did appear... but a racy Dragon with a brassierre reminiscent of those women in "False Profits".
As for the Mulgrew question... I'm not sure how to read the woman. I recall her dismissing most fanfic (maybe during the NJ 2009 con... maybe during a youtube con elsewhere) as "smut"... which suggests to me she would roll her eyes at it when presented for signature.
But I really don't know.
This IS the same woman, afterall, who turned laughingly to her husband (on stage) to ask him what HE thought of all the lesbians who "looked" to Janeway as a sexual fantasy character. (His response? "You double your chances of getting a date on Saturday night!" ) Later, IIRC, she claimed she was okay with being "that" character for people in both sexes. Which REALLY goes against all her claims that she didn't want Janeway to be "involved" in the TV show because she didn't want "sex" to detract from the character's power.
As for acting classy, T.D.,
I will say that I'm always respectful and sweet and I "dress" appropriately for the occasion. Cleveland (2001) was supposed to be a cocktail party, and my "gang of four" dressed like we would for an office cocktail party.. basically 4 shades of classic black and Mulgrew dressed in a white pant suit. I LOVE my Mulgrew photo from 2009, because I wore another "black classy" outfit and was blessed by Mulgrew choosing a simple black dress for herself 
for NJ photo ops that day. Looking at what she wore at other cons that year, I REALLY lucked out.
I only wear my HOJ T shirt when I want younger fans to pick me out in a crowd, (right Vas2009!)

I wouldn't do that because nothing I've read about KM has led me to believe she would like it, sure maybe she would be okay with it but the chances are maybe she would not. If I wanted that pic signed it would be by Irina herself (Irina, get thee to etsy!)

I will be deliberately wearing something classy and nice as opposed to my faded Trek t-shirts which I usually wear, unless I decide to go in costume. I will be wearing either Stella or Chanel No. 5 eau Premiere at this point, most likely Stella.
As you can see I have given this plenty of thought 5 months before the event, LOL! I wish I could go to the cocktail party thing but it is 650.00.

As a first-time TNG watcher, one thing confuses me is that if Picard so obviously French heritage (I can excuse the accent), earl grey seems a strange choice...
Back to Janeway: "age cannot wither her..."
For all Endgame's faults, for me the Tuvok/Janeway scene is one of the best of series and feels very loaded. Only one seen that comes anyway near is Kira/Ghemor in DS9.
