Someone needs to make JanewayRulz! a Janeway avatar. Preferably the most BAMF-y moving, mesmerizing Janeway avatar ever.
I have a couple of ideas . . . some of them silly and some classy. J'Rulz, I've never seen you use an avatar. Do you seriously want one?

Then again, I don't really get the size restrictions/bandwidth stuff on the instruction page, so maybe the other photo(s) didn't load because of that?
Other pics which are in my "computer" have my name attached when I try to stick them in the avatar spot on this website, and I'd prefer NOT to have that on a public website.
So, going naked seems the best alternative.
