"How High The Moon" from Manhunt- can someone tell me who sang this?

I'm not sure why I haven't asked this before, but does anyone know who sang "How High the Moon" in Manhunt when Picard goes into the holodeck as Dixon Hill and turns on the radio in his office? Though only a snippet of the song was played I always loved it, and I've yet to find where it's from.
