Along the way, Janeway, Tuvok, and Chakotay join in on Voyager with Kira, O'Brien, and Bashir on the Defiant, leading to the heroes of every generation coming together to defeat the Borg.

They emerge from the alcoves. The last wisps dissipate and show the true puppet-masters of the Changelings, the Borg, indeed the whole Federation...

Dr. McCoy and Dr. Pulaski straighten up and look into the camera, both looking cranky and thoroughly annoyed.

"Yeah, we've freed the human race from its own dumb assery."

"Surely no intelligent being will ever set foot into another transporter."

They look at each other and speak as one.

As Jack and Beverly warp back to saving lives on the frontier, and the drones back to the Delta Quadrant, the Borg Queen says, "You know, Jean-Luc, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship," and they both go have a drink at Guinan's in LA.

The triple nacelle Enterprise-D from all good things comes out of the trans-warp anomaly. AGT Riker hails them "This timeline ain't big enough for the both of us". Massive battle between both ships. Deanna saves the day by distracting AGT Riker long enough for Picard to sacrifice himself by beaming aboard the triple nacelle Enterprise and activating the self destruct. The AGT Enterprise explodes. Everyone is sad that Picard is gone when suddenly the toilet on the bridge flushes and out steps AGT Picard wondering what the hell is going on. Data assumes that their Picard beamed him over just before he destroyed the triple nacelle Enterprise. They use this Picard's DNA to rewrite the transporters and plug Data into the bridge computers so he can calculate a mass wide transport or everyone in Starfleet to return them to their original configuration.
