How do you re-watch DS9?

I've not watched the whole thing through since the DVD sets came out and we did it here in the forum.
I should do that sometime.
But as things are now, I usually just watch individual eps I like - especially stuff like In the Pale Moonlight, Improbable Cause/The Die is Cast, Favor the Bold/Sacrifice of Angels, The Wire, Treachery Faith and the Great River, The Siege of AR-558 & It's Only a Paper Moon, The Visitor, or What You Leave Behind.
I think the last episodes of DS9 I watched were a run through Favor the Bold/Sacrifice of Angels.
I should do that sometime.

Not quite re-watching, but something I've been doing with the episodes recently: I've been converting them to sound-only files and putting them on my MP3 player to listen to at work. So far I've only done Civil Defense and Improbable Cause/The Die Is Cast, but it's a good way to keep myself entertained with DS9! 
I suspect this practice works best with episodes you know well and/or talky episodes.

^ Good idea. Most of these episodes I know so well it would be easy to listen to them and remember what's going on.
Might not be able to visualize it exactly, but I suspect the dialog would be enough to bring more details of the episode into memory.

usually I put my dvd into the dvd player and let it run to the main menu, select the episode I wish to watch, and hit enter.

I yelled at the thing for hours to play my DVDs but it just sat there with a smug air of indifference.

Nice Mork and Mindy reference there. My Mom has laughed like that at corny jokes for about 20 years. I thought we were the only ones to laugh like that at corny jokes.
^ I didn't know it was a M&M reference. I got it from a co-worker. 
I just watch the episodes I really enjoy.
