When Doc Green goes to sleep, he turns into Banner.

Hickman has, sorry, Steve Roger's has a remote control Hulk from a parallel universe. That Hulk does what he's told, but his Banner is a literal psychopath. He no longer has the emotions fear, anger whatever to trigger the standard transformation, or the guilt to give a damn about the aftermath of a Hulk Rampage. Why wouldn't Roger's want two Hulks in his garage to deploy at Hydra, or whoever?
Is regular 616 Hulk, Banner, or someone else contemlating surgery on Banner/Hulk? But then really, isn't that what Extremis is doing constantly to keep Doc Green in Charge? Hulks healing factor has to be at war with Extremis. Although if Doc Green didn't lock his Extremis, or if Evil Star Hacks it (Tony Stark is evil now.), he'll fall victim to the extremis junkie scenario Stark is propagating in San Francisco.
It's not my favourite I think, but one of the most odd versions of the Hulk is when David's Scientist Hulk would get angry, really get angry, he would transform into puny Banner with the dumb Hulks rage and (lack of) smarts. That shit was hilarious.
