How do you get Trek lit news?

I'm interested in an overview of what's going on with Trek lit, currently, and was wondering where I can find such news. For example, what current series exist, as well as news about the business side, like the latest writer news, future releases, and whatever the current rumors are. Are there sites that cover this? Newsletters?

My recommendations are this board right here, as well as Memory Beta, and 8of5's site. Also...most DRG3 news comes to us from Facebook :techman:

^Me, too. I don't think you'll find a better source for Trek lit news anywhere else. Whether finding out what's coming down the proverbial pipe, what's out there now that's newly released, or finding something out about a book that's been out of print for years, this is the place to look or ask a question.

Here. :) Between threads started in this forum and the regular links to sites run by forum regulars, I have everything I need.

TrekBBS, The Trek Collective, posts by authors on Facebook, some post here.... Loads of ways really.

I learn of new novels and the release schedule from this very forum. Sometimes I stumble upon the new cover images on startrek.com assuming I go there before checking this site out for the day.

Along with posts on here and 8of5's The Trek Collective, it's also a good idea to like the authors on Facebook. Most authors tend to use FB as a promotional tool, so this actually applies to non-Trek writers too.

I just started getting into Trek-Lit this year so I'm afraid to go looking for "news" as I'm still reading books from the early 2000s. I basically use the Trek-Collective site as a guide, and it's been a pretty good guide so far.

I know I have nothing to do with the actual content of this forum - so thank you all for making it the useful and fun place it is :techman:

If this place wasn't well taken care of, it wouldn't attract the great people who inhabit it, trampledamage. So thank you!

And this is why I'm back. I missed my TrekLit. Regency romances are great and all, but they aren't Trek (though a Trek regency via holodeck could be... interesting).
