How do VOY fans feel about TNG Borg episodes?

Season 3 didn't ignore or contradict anything. Nothing that happened interfered with the Borg from the prime timeline. Unimatrix Zero didn't jumpstart anything transformative; all it implied was the start of a Borg rebellion, and it's highly doubtful that any of the liberated drones would choose to remain Borg.

I'll certainly accept that Season 3 didn't contradict anything. But it did ignore the Season 2 storyline, apart from one offhand, dismissive mention from Shaw early on. That's not a problem for continuity. And it's not a problem for anyone who didn't want to see the Season 2 stuff explored further. It was a problem for me because I would have found further exploration of it interesting, more interesting than what Season 3 did with the Borg.

Again with "Unimatrix Zero," my point is that they did no further stories about the Borg rebellion. Again, not a problem with continuity. Not a problem for anyone who didn't want those stories. I did.

I think Voyager just continued on the less scary Borg trend from TNG. The Queen extremely myopic and illogical further erodes the fear factor.

It's not bad but it doesn't make them enjoyable either.

I want to see the Jurati Borg further explored as well, but the evil Borg deserved to be destroyed the way they did in S3.

In my opinion introducing the Borg as recurring antagonists signalled the start of the decline of Voyager into a TNG parody. Blood Fever and Unity are more interesting because they didn't directly feature the Collective.

I'm actually indifferent to the Borg both in TNG and VOY. There was so much more to Voyager before Scorpion which was mostly forgotten afterwards.
