How do I get Windows XP to un-remember passwords?

I have set up a UNC password for a scan repository but now I need to access another folder on the ftp site (the scan repository is a folder on the same server).

Unfortunately the remember password option was ticked, and now it will only default to the repository.

Does anyone know how to make XP "un-remember" it?

Just to clarify this isn't an Internet Explorer or MS Office type of password.

EDIT: And I've tried the control userpasswords2 option to manage passwords but it doesn't seem to work.

Thanks in advanced.

Do you have the folder as a drive mapping?

If you re-map the drive but choose the option to logon as a different user. It should then prompt you for the username/password to connect.

If all else fails, delete your cookies and Temp Files. That should clear the "remember password".

only when dealing with passwords stored for Websites.

There might also be a way it can done through group policy. I know there's a setting that can be adjusted to cache logon passwords.
