*sigh* Is there any point in debating the existential merit of print vs. electronic books for the fifty-three millionth time?
No, but you may have missed the phrase "DRM-hobbled" in there. Ebooks are fine and dandy. DRM isn't.

What bothered me was that Daniels went missing. I really liked that FC and INS at least made some small attempt to introduce us to other crew members, even if was just a passing thing. NEM just ignored everything.
That doesn't explain why he was serving at the tactical station after the wedding, a position he had been promoted beyond eight years earlier, nor why he was still on board and summoning the captain to the bridge after the lengthy repairs were complete, when the last time we saw him on screen, it was four years earlier and he was on his way to a diplomatic post. And there really wasn't no explanation for his presence in NEM. He was at Will and Deanna's wedding, after all.
You can lose a paper book too, in any number of different ways.
I think I speak for DRG3 and myself when I say that we couldn't possibly ask for a better review of our book than that. *nods*I've never actually lost a book per say, although I did lend one to an ex and never got it back but I did have to throw out a copy of the third Worlds of DS9 novel as I managed to miss the bucket I had beside my bed after a particularly heavy night on the sauce!![]()
