IMDB's info for DSC's next season is sketchy at best. So I would take it with a large grain of salt.

(FWIW, they list Spock as being in the first and last episodes of the season.)

I’m expecting he’ll show up in the “present” around midway through the season, but Jonathan Frakes said he shows up in a flashback in his first episode this season, which I think is episode 3? And I bet he’ll show up in more flashbacks.
