I am curious how the modern audience is watching Picard. I get the impression from threads that people are missing details because they are watching on very small screens.

my laptop. I tried watching once on my phone but I prefer bigger screens. If my smart TV ever gets the CBS app then I will be using that.

Plug a lap top into your smart TV with hdmi.

Have you considered a LED wall projector?

I watched the first episode on the laptop in bed (small screen yes, but I also just set the thing on my chest so it's close enough to see all the details). That's my standard viewing for when my wife is using the tv already and I don't want to wait until I'm alone (she really doesn't like Star Trek).

The other eps I've plugged the laptop into the tv.

Via the Amazon Fire Stick on my TV. I need my home cinema experience when watching Star Trek. :D Tablet and mobile phone displays are too small and the browser on my desktop PC offers too much distraction only one tab away.

First viewing is always iPad in bed...........then AppleTV on 65 inch later in the day.

Always TV, the only time I will watch something on my phone or laptop is I am traveling. Something like Star Trek deserves to be seen on the biggest screen I have. 55" OLED with 5.1 sound.

I signed up to the Canadian TV streaming service Crave, and then use a Google Chromecast to stream the video from my laptop to a large flat screen monitor that I use for a TV.

55" LG 3D TV + CBS All Access (that the Mrs. pays for)
I have my desktop PC hooked up to the TV via HDMI.

It does that 3D simulation thing to 2D stuff.
Really effective with the space scenes.
