Incidentally, what was the song they used? It sounds like something I need to be hearing right about now.

Ah what the hell I'm giving it an excellent - the drug trial stuff is over and I really liked all the Wilson/House/Cuddy stuff AND finally I cared about the patient for the first time in a while.

I really want to know where House himself is going. He's seemed rather subdued to me since the show came back, not to mention all the stuff about him having increased pain over the last couple of weeks,

So from next week we can hope there's less focus on Foreteen - woo!

I love this series but I call bullshit on this entire episode :scream:

First, the patient scratching through her skull to her brain. Does anybody really expect us to believe that? Then the whole "Foreman's so in love with his new girlfriend he'll endanger his career" storyline -- completely out of character. Ditto for Cuddy's vengeance kick.

And do you seriously think that a doctor, who makes his living in part by being careful of infectious bacteria, is going to leave his dead girlfriend's unwashed coffee cup hanging around the kitchen for months?!? :wtf: Ewwwww!

Personally, I think the whole POTW story was a set-up for that lame frat-boy joke about the cookie dough ice cream and Beaches dvd.

The worst episode of House ever...

Average

The recent string of episodes has been underwhelming. I'm not sure why. I don't really hate the story lines. I'm pretty forgiving with my suspension of disbelief on things like Foreman risking his career for Thirteen.

But for some reason, the show's just not "popping" like it did before even earlier this season. I don't know why. I mainly watch House as a character drama/comedy and could usually care less about the POTW, which they're focusing less and less on. So I should be happy, right?

Something's just off with the dialogue. We'll see if they can fix it moving forward.

My mom went "Do you think you can reach brain by scratching? I think you could, but it would take several months.

And Foreman and Bitch have only been dating 2 weeks and he will destroy his life for her? Yeah I thought that was lame too. I think the pair is a terrible idea, but this season is about pairing the people up, everyone will have someone besides the young doctor we know almost nothing about.

I actually like Cuddy getting back, I think she had enough of House's bullshit and now it's really affecting her life.

Maybe Wilson is a rational person who is not a germaphobe and realizes an unwashed coffecup sitting on the counter offers no health or other risks whatsoever.

Happy 100 and I liked it ;) though I have just one question, what happened to House's cane which had that fire streak pattern on it ?

I thought that one was lost in the bus crash last year. Its been a while since ive seen season 4 so im probabbly wrong.

I thought is was a good episode, but im getting tired of the Foreman/Thirteen storyline as its the only thing the writers seem to be focusing on, compared to the old witty banter and funny jokes. (Though Cuddy did alright this week)

Yeah, I think the flame cane was lost in the bus crash.

That man has gone thorugh more canes.

Sorry, guess I'm basing my disgust on MY better half's coffee cups -- she uses half-and-half in her coffee and if the cups sit around for a day or two... YEEEECCCCCHHHH!

(We need a little vomit emoticon...)

Well, they might smell, and if there's enough milk/whatever residue in the cup then there might be some germs that'll present a problem for the next person to use the cup (though the scalding coffee should kill any germs any it during the next use) but I don't believe it offers any credible or significant health risks to the overall enviroment of the home.

It's interesting, one of my teachers in high-school had a coffee cup that was ALWAYS on his desk and was NEVER washed. He'd just keep filling it up from the teacher's lounge and he openly admited he had never washed that cup.

:wtf:
