Foreman never had a brain tumor, his brain was damaged due to a fight with Naegleria (a parasite) which had supposedly caused him to confuse left with right and gave him some memory loss. The left/right confusion only lasted during the sting at the end of the episode and the memory loss was also only a point in the following episode. Both conditions never re-surfaced and there's been no mention of this brain damage again.

By all rights Foreman should be dead since as far as the Naegleria progressed he was beyond the point most people who survive it get to and even those people are few. Naegleria is a nasty parasite. Part of Foreman's brain was described as being "mush" which isn't something you just recover from in days or weeks.

But, yeah, as I said above I suspect Chase's problems will be just as quickly resolved or ignored. Chase's problems with House also are somewhat similar to the problems Wilson had with House in the beginning of Season 5. In the "Wait what?!" category.

Wilson was upset over the death of Amber and even though he said he didn't blame House for what had happened he still felt it would not had happened had House not been so needy, forgetting that House isn't the one who made Amber get up and try to pick him and then followed him on to the bus, nor did House cause Amber to OD on the medication that was a key component to her death and you'd further think Wilson would be grateful that House put his life at considerable Risk in order to try and to save Amber.

Here we have Chase blaming House for something that happened because of something Chase chose to do of his own free will and failing to realize that the very possibility of him being able to walk is due to House's diagnostic skill. Even Chase himself said of House, "He's the one chance I have at walking again."

I mean I get Chase is mad but the incident happened because of what Chase did of his own free-will and even more due to the patient's delusions.

Best episode of the season but no I disagree that this whole thing was House's fault because despite whatever work atmosphere House creates and fosters, their all adults who are capable of their own choices. In this case Chase made the choice to disobey his boss and nearly paid the price with his life.
