I feel myself to be a bit of a TV Patient Diagnostician too, when I see off-color urine I'm like, "Uh-oh! Kidneys are shot!", black-colored limbs I'm like "Oops! Blood clot!" it's sort of fun.

I still highly enjoy this show but it's beginning to frustrate me greatly when I think of how great it once was. Season 4 was probably the last best-season this series will have with House's Head/Wilson's Heart being the last great episodes it'll have unless they really pull something great off and stop with this teenage-like romance bullshit. House and Cuddy are 45-year-old adults and shouldn't be having this much turbulence in their relationship at least not this often.

Cosign this. I think the only reason I'm watching at this point is to justify the cable bill.

Sort of odd to justify a cable bill when you're watching a broadcast network show. ;)

These days the difference is largely academic. Most of us get "broadcast" channels through our cable or satellite services anyway. Heck, I can't even watch broadcast TV anymore because I don't have the adapter for the digital signals.

House and Cuddy are 45-year-old adults and shouldn't be having this much turbulence in their relationship at least not this often.

Stop making every episode's crisis about House/Cuddy's relationship! Get back to the medicine!

I've lived through that age and let me tell you that life at that age can be stressful. Your parents can need more from you than your kids do. You start to look around and wonder why your life went in this direction instead of where you thought it would. Plus, Cuddy is an older single working mother which can be stressful. House is a recovering addict who was never a "people person". How can this situation be anything but turbulent? All hospital/doctor centered shows are more about the characters than the patients except for the shows about real people.
