Here's a thought: Bring back Thirteen, keep Masters, dump Chase. Heck, while you're at it, dump Taub and bring back Cameron. It's Gregory's Angels, with Foreman as Bosley.

 I would love a scene like that with House over intercom.

There was a scene like that in the 4th season during the Reality Show/Competition House held for his next fellows. They were in the classroom awaiting him, the phone rings, and he says "Good morning, Angels!" and then launches into the basics of the POTW based on the chart that "Bosley" (the oldest of the applicants who was not a doctor but whom House latched on to because he though similar to House -his medical knowledge came from auditing/dictating doctor's reports or something like that.) Before sending the team off their various assignments he gives them a "And angels, be careful out there!"

Kutner (Kal Penn's character) and Taub even argue over the fact that the old guy got to be Bosley. Kutner: "You want to Bosley? He was just the metrosexual messenger boy."

Taub: "Bosley sticks around the whole time while they go through six different angels in five years."

A decent episode but nothing special. Not a good sign when the best story is House "training" a two-year old.

I can't wait for the next episode but I don't want to wait two weeks! As I said last week, I loved Candice Bergen's appearance as Cuddy's mother and hoped to see her again. I didn't think it would be so soon. Bring it on! :D

Nah, dump Foreman and bring back Cameron. I've never liked Foreman. Chase has grown on me over the years although he hasn't really done much this season.

Chase is the one I most want to get rid of. Really, why did they ever bring him back to the team in the first place? He's run his course as a character.

^
I think he's there for the ladies. There's a radio spot with Spencer that I here every now and then that really plays that angle.

Considering how she left and the smack-down she laid on House, and Chase, and the conditions in which she left (Chase killing the South African dictator) I don't think she can easily come back without some serious hand waving on why she left on the first place.

Also, Forman's career is in shambles as first he couldn't get re-hired anywhere because he was too tainted by House's methods of practicing medicine without the weight to throw around to get away with it and then he was tainted by his meddling in a clinical trial. Getting rid of him without really ruining the character isn't practical and I like the character as he has always been "groomed" as being "like House."

Chase is good I like him enough and, I suppose, he brings the "pretty" for people into handsome young guys. But I'm just not sure what Taub brings to the show even "medically" as a character other than being a "surgeon" which, it seems, Chase is too. (Despite his specialty having been established as being Intensive Care.)

As I've said before about the show I think it has lost some of the "medical" aspects of it over the last few seasons. We pretty much never get the Magic School Bus Cam anymore, a good DDx scene with the whiteboard hasn't been seen in almost as long or longer and the specialties of the Doclings hardly every come into play.

Still a great show but the Medical Mystery aspects of it have been underplayed quite a bit the last 2-3 seasons.

^Yeah, but on the plus side, less focus on the medical details means fewer awkward scenes of the doctors lecturing each other on basic medical principles that all of them are already familiar with.

Didn't really like the episode. A bit of a typical storyline. I felt there's nothing new in the way House appraoched Wilson for help. The thing with Cuddy's kid doesn't interest me. I feel House has been cut down by playing these cute episodes with the family. I'd rather they focus on him and Cuddy.

Dump Taub, Thirteen. Bring back Cameron.
