Loved the humour in this episode.
Almost did not spot that TPOTW was Jennifer Grey.

That was Jennifer Grey! Holy shit. Feeling sooo old now. It's funny, I've always had difficulty recognizing her ever since the nose job. She never should have done that.

Yeah, her nose-job I think is widely credited with ruining her career. Didn't recognize it was her myself either. She's "old" (early 50s if I recall) but she still looks damn good, I'd say.

As pointed out in Polite Dissent (the Medical Review site linked above) Jennifer Grey is the daughter of a previous patient of the week, a patient we had way back in S2 played by her father, Joel Grey (who played the ethically challenged cancer research doctor House treated and whom Cameron empathically euthanized.)

Uhh, yes, which is why I said "of House's team," not "of House." Chang had far more interaction with the team than she did with House.

Well team implies she had problems with Chase and Forman too. I took it she only had problems with Taub.

Look, I didn't claim that I exactly predicted every single story beat. I just said that I anticipated that Chang would be offered the job and would turn it down because something about the behavior of House's team turned her off. And that is, at least in broad strokes, what happened.

More to the point, I absolutely DID NOT say that it would be House himself that drove her off, so when you mistakenly assumed I did say that and "corrected" me, you were wrong. You've got no business criticizing me when you can't even be bothered to read carefully enough to know what I actually said in the first damn place. Lighten the hell up.

Sometimes you start a job loving it, and the people your involved with, and then it just develops into hate for that thing cause your constantly around it/them.

I hate teenagers.

I think the statistical majority grows to hate their jobs over time. At least, I'd like to think that I'm not alone in my plight.

One of the courses I'm taking right now is "Physical Determinants of Health and Disease and Differential Diagnostics." I just got my midterm back this morning. 100%
