From TV.com:

A patient is admitted to Princeton Plainsboro suffering from uncontrollable vomiting. In the process of treating her, House and the team make some unexpected discoveries about her identity and are forced to look at her medical history in order to learn the truth about her past. Meanwhile, House gives a less than friendly welcome to Chase's new hire and a visit from House's massage therapist causes trouble between House and Cuddy.

House Medical Reviews

 Nice detail.

The videogame House is playing is the video game POTW in 6x02/03 was playing last season.

This episode is HORRIBLE.

I almost changed the channel, then I realized nothing was on and I don't feel like reading.

It was an okay episode, I'd vote average, but, yeah, certainly nothing great or fascinating happened it other than another small development in the "Huddy" relationship.

Again, some more nice S1/2 feeling stuff here with the POTW storyline having a bit more focus and even more of the antagonism that's existed between Forman and Chase the whole series. The episode suffered, however, from not having enough Wilson.

For voting I'd say "average", certainly not on par with the first few episodes of the season but I still like that the medical stuff is taking more focus and I wonder if we'll get a "revolving door" of female fellows between now and when Thirteen comes back?

Next week's episode? The episode I knew they'd do and it damn-well better pay off. Adventures in Babysitting featuring House. (It was sort-of sweet to see it suggested he wanted a more involved relationship with Cuddy, wake up next to her and even meet the kid.)

Also, House already had a hot Latina massage therapist we've seen in a couple other past episodes, would've been nice to see her again here. But it really shows, I think, how dedicated he is to this relationship to give up his therapist in the name of keeping a relationship with Cuddy.

Also nice to see that this show treated schizophrenia as closer to how it "really is" (wacked-out behavior/hallucinating, etc.) rather than having multiple personalties (which is Multiple Personality Disorder.) I figured FOTW (Fellow of the Week) would lead House down the path of solution which she did here, but mostly by being wrong at the same time.

Average episode but still, for my money, more on track for how I like to see the show carry out than most of the episodes we had last season.

Enjoyable episode if only because of the House/Cuddy relationship and is it bad thing that best part of a House episode is any scene with Wilson?

During the cold opening, I felt like I was watching an episode Fringe (which I've been catching up on recently) because of the eerie atmosphere.
