House 5x20: "Simple Explanation" - Discussion and Spoilers

Excellent.

I hadn't watched the show in a while but when I heard about this impending death, I knew I had to tune in. It was a heartbreaking, emotional episode that had a very realistic feel to it. Definitely a shocking way to get rid of a character, but a sadly believable one, too. It was interesting to see all of the reactions to this, and I thought each one stayed true to the characters. I cried more than a few times. Great episode.

The moody lighting was WAAY overdone. Kept making me wonder if this was going to end with House in the shower or waking up next to Suzanne Pleshette.

But, IRL, bravo to Kal Penn. Walking away from "The Biz" to do something else is never easy but he's pursuing something that could eventually allow him to have a far greater impact on society.
