I'm not wild about the idea of a spin-off if only because it will create another situation where two shows that aren't really like each other (and granted, we have no idea what the new show will be like or even if there will be a new show for certain) will be crossing over every season. I hate it when networks do that. That, and now I'm not sure the character could hold his own show. But to be fair we really don't know him yet, so I'm more than willing to wait until I'm proven wrong before I say any more on that score.

This episode was decent dramatically, but even not being a doctor I could tell the medical stuff was total garbage this week. It made no sense and several of the medical scenes were horribly inaccurate.
Yeah, PD trashed the medicine this week, which even I realized was all over the place. There's one or two House writers that make epiosdes like this occasionaly, trash medicine and House is the most extreme possible ass.
Can you give up some examples? I kinda got lost in the story enough that I wasn't paying much attention to the medicine being put forth.
