The winter doldrums are setting in so it's time for yet another one of my sporadic Hottest SF/F Characters polls.

This is for male characters (anyone who wants to start a female characters poll is welcome to it). Remember, this is characters as opposed to actors. (In cases of a character that has been played by multiple actors, specify which actor.)

This time around, I'm limiting it to characters in TV shows or movies that are currently in production. What this means for movies is that Wolverine or Iron Man are "current characters" since they are likely to appear in future movies. In cases of movies that aren't part of a franchise, I guess within the past two years is okay.

For TV, it's just any show that hasn't been cancelled. Lost characters are okay to nominate even though it's not quite back on the air yet.

Anyone who wants to make nominations gets five votes and any character who gets two nominations is in the final poll. I'll keep this going till I have 30 to 50 nominations or till all the people I like get nominated.

I'm really surprised that there have been no votes for Carl "Helo" Agathon or Oliver Queen (and no one from Heroes?). They usually end up on polls like this.

Are the cast of SG-1 still eligible? They will be in atleast one up comming movie.

I was going to vote for Helo but I went for Bond instead. I think season one Helo is a honey, but he kind of lost it for me as the seasons went on.
