I don't do super-hot on stuff, but I often add Sriracha or green Tabasco to soups and stews. Here in Phoenix, the best hot sauces are usually house made salsas at Mexican restaurants, which can't be bought in stores.

Once we stopped at a lovely monastery in a teeny town south of Tucson and bought this "Holy Mary Hot Sauce" (something like that) and it was terrific. But I've never seen it anywhere else.

If you like habenero based sauces @NCC-73515 we have a ton out here. I'll ask around for recommendations for you. Maybe I can send you a care package.

I *love* their mustard! So good!

Green Tabasco is kinda boring, the best one they have is the habanero version. Sriracha is good!
My aunt actually gave me a whole collection of hot sauces a few times for my birthday

Have you tried Pepper Plant Original Hot Pepper Sauce? My wife loves it.

The National Mustard Museum in Middletown, WI has a huge assortment of hot sauces besides their collection of over 6,000 mustards.

It tends to be in odd places like specialty delis or natural food places. The last place we found it was an organic vegetable stand. Their website has a store locator so hopeful you can find one near you.
