I don't do super-hot on stuff, but I often add Sriracha or green Tabasco to soups and stews. Here in Phoenix, the best hot sauces are usually house made salsas at Mexican restaurants, which can't be bought in stores.
Once we stopped at a lovely monastery in a teeny town south of Tucson and bought this "Holy Mary Hot Sauce" (something like that) and it was terrific. But I've never seen it anywhere else.
If you like habenero based sauces @NCC-73515 we have a ton out here. I'll ask around for recommendations for you. Maybe I can send you a care package.

I *love* their mustard! So good!I used to like the hot sauce made by the makers of Bone Suckin' (barbecue) Sauce. It was a bit smoky, the perfect thing to mix into barbecue sauce to make it spicy. But I haven't seen it in stores for ages. I'll have to see if they actually still make it. Maybe it's possible to order some.
