my local library in Munich had PC games for rental in the early to mid 90s
Horizon has now sold 3.4 million copies, with 915,000 of those digital. The article also says that developer Guerilla Games is working on a story expansion.

Like I said in the What Games Are You Playing thread, I got this and started it a couple weeks ago, and so far I'm really enjoying.
Great graphics, a cool lead character, and I fascinating world. I really get a kick out these kind of stories that have kind of a mashup of futuristic technology and a more primitive culture.
I just finished up the first Cauldron this morning, and the whole environment in their was gorgeous.
Would watching the documentary spoil the game's story at all?
No, it's just behind the scenes stuff and about all the new challenges they had when they went from making linear games to an open world game...
Still need to play more of this, barely got through the opening so far. It's hard to find the time just now.
I'd suddenly been having a lot of trouble for the last week or so, and I discovered either yesterday or Monday that I had accidently turned the difficulty up to hard. Now I'm stuck again on harder part, and I'm glad it's on normal now, because don't even want to imagine what hard would be like.
