You did say 3,2,1. It’s just that nobody realised you meant years.

So he's going to be from Krypton and Zeist? He's going to be in everything except the one we want him to appear in. The MoS sequel. :)
It'll be interesting to see what time periods they set this in. Will the future stuff be set in modern day or the 80's? Will it have multiple eras? We don't know.

I wish they'd abandon doing another movie.

With TV production values what they are now, Highlander would be much better served by long-form storytelling. Even if it was only one season, it'd be much more interesting than a movie. (IMO)

Absolutely. Even with what we have already, I'm a much bigger fan of Highlander: The Series than any of the movies, in no small part in that you can explore so much more.

The first movie was needed to get the whole thing rolling, to show it was an idea worth exploring. Highlander 4 , for me, was needed to make the shift complete to Adrian Paul.

But I agree... a series would be best. And I wonder, if set up right... could really work if they can film in conjunction with other productions' sets. (So for example, having a story set in the wild west, and filming on the set of a movie covering that time period.)

To follow up on that specific example, there are two Western-style movie sets turned into tourist attractions in Spain, Mini Hollywood (originally build for "For A Few Dollars More") and Texas Hollywood, which can still be used as locations for filming. The Doctor Who episode "A Town Called Mercy" used both these locations. I'd imagine there are similar Western Town film sets/tourist attractions in the US.
