The end of Violations is really applicable to today. Violence is never gone but we need to find ways to provent that seed of violence to grow and prosper. Really interesting scene in an episode that doesn’t get talked about that’s much.
"Unification" aired about a month before the movie came out, but obviously was produced long after TUC was written and shot.I wonder if it would have been cool to see Pardek in Undiscovered Country. I think unification aired before the movie came out.
Watching a rape scene on TNG is really creepy, especially the times we live in now. I bet Violations would have received a TV-MA rating if done today.
Ahhh then u haven't seen Nemesis.. I really didn't enjoy it as much as other films
No, the bit that was horrific was Picard's "if you can endure more of these attacks..."I have seen Nemesis and that rape scene was worse.
Nemesis' had a music swell, as I recall, and of course the Godawful lights lowering and only a bit shining across Troi's eyes.
So, so, terrible.
Hell is where Saddam rapes you for hours and hours and hours and you have to watch Nemesis for eternity.
I really liked how the Wesley story turned out and I know I’m in a minority on that one.
That of all the endless possibilities and plains of existence at his disposal, he chose to attend Riker and Troi's wedding?![]()
