I'm about 6 episodes in, so those are big spoilers. I agree with most of your assessments, tho - except, no idea who Kristin Bell is, is she the Irish girl?

Things I'm most interested in seeing play out:

Matt Parkman's dad.
Peter getting his memories back.
What the fuck is going on with Nathan's face.
What is Angela's power.
If Matt Parkman's dad is the one killing the original 30 - with his mind, who did Ando see throwing Nakamora off the building.
How is Hiro going to fix history.
What happens between Clare and Bennet that she just kissing some guy totally unconcerned about her dad lying there dead.
And, like the build up for the end of season 1, does this painting also not come to fruition.

Sorry, you're crazy. Season 1 was brilliant, while Season 2 was brilliantly mediocre at best. Some of the things they did were just....wow....

Still a helluva lot better than Season 3 has been.

The biggest annoyance with season 2 is that a great deal of stuff that could have been awesome takes place off screen. A few instances promise huge battle scenes but then fail to deliver. In season 1, this was somewhat cute and was used sparingly. In season 2, it is just annoying and is used far too often.

Oh, I still watch it, but I complain the whole time.

The only reason I still watch is because it's on right after "Chuck," which rocks my world.

And, watching season two on DVD - one right after another - might make a difference in how well someone does or doesn't like it.

Enjoy it while it's still mildly plausible. Heroes could have been so much better than it ended up. There's something wrong with a show when the most entertaining part is watching the bad guy be evil.
