Hey, I'm still wanting Pasdar to come to my show. He'd make an outstanding demon tormenting my favorite brothers and their guardian fallen angel. Screw Nathan and the "you look and sound like my brother so it doesn't matter" bit (and I thought the Sim story on ENT was messed up that they could accept him). If Sam or Dean were replaced (which they'd never do) it would matter to the other one. Big time.

The writers have a possible out for their bad writing - Mr Light's theory that Sylar is now knockin' around in Peter's noggin. I guess we find out next week...

And Pasdar needs his own show, something high profile on a major network, not a CW show. Or possibly something prestigious on AMC or HBO. But he's gotta be the lead.

Hmm. I stumbled across a very intriguing tidbit which I will note just in case it turns out like I suspect it might. And although it's a very minor spoiler, it could blow up into a major one, so I'll code the whole thing.

TV Guide reports that the show will introduce "a new character who can replicate himself." And that's the news I've been waiting for ever since last season's finale. So how hard would it be for Sylar to absorb that power which would lead to a split between the Sylar and Nathan selves and a potential "final" death for one or the other - great way to off Sylar for good at the end of the season. Or maybe that's the way Nathan exits for good, although I believe that happens or appears to happen - sooner, maybe next week? Could all the hooplah about Pasdar's firing be misdirection? They did something similar with Katee Sackhoff on BSG.

I really dont think so Temis.
Pasdar's last ep is supposed to be Nov. 30(& no I dont think its misdirection, if you read Adrians youtube account comments about his departure, they seem pretty serious), this clone character appears later in the season, after the winter break. I do have a feeling the clone storyline will involve Sylar. I could see him cloning a 2nd Sylar that maybe doesnt want to follow the same evil choices he makes. They love having different versions of Sylar running around (like with Matt-Syalr & Nylar) and this might be away for them to finally have a good Sylar permanently.

One thing that dawned on my earlier today. It just came out of the blue. But remember all those artistic renditions of the end of the world that multiple precogs created? They were all pictures of the earth shattering.

And now we have Samuel who controls the earth, with a doctor insane about stopping him if he gets around too many metahumans because it amps his powers up to unbelievable levels.

That should be the series finale. The heroes fail to stop Samuel who bugs out and cracks open the Earth. That would be a beautiful final shot!

^except the crack & accompanying destruction will be shown from the point of view of someone watching it from their window...

If the writers really are bringing in the apocalyptic stuff about the Earth cracking open back into the story, good for them. The way they do stuff, I figured they just forgot.

If they went as far as to crack the earth open, they'd just introduce a new hero whose only superpower is that he can make rubber cement really really strong and he'll glue the earth back together.

Great. Now, you've given away the ending for the inevitable direct-to-dvd movie to "wrap-up" Heroes. :p

Peter's lack of reaction shouldn't have surprised me, but it did. This is the same show that avoided the Petrelli brothers having a confrontation over the fact that Peter shot Nathan. There was really no point in making them brothers if the show's writers had no intention of mining their relationship for drama.

If the show gets canceled at the end of this season, I can't say I'll be bothered. I pretty much only watch for Sylar's psycho shtick anymore. There's very little else of interest at this point.
