O? Sorry. I haven't seen 70 percent of the Sopranos including the finale. It seems like three ice ages ago it finished, that a statute of limitations might not mean something considering the immense amount of bitching and complaining about the final scene. I recall somethgn of a rant from the The Soup which thrust me into the loop.

Well... to avoid questions about a missing baby from the law, society, others... The Lindberg baby fell down the toilet don't chu'know, they would have... Because Nathan is considerably older than Sylar and/or Peter, unless they, Parkman or the Haitian(too young?), altered his memories, would have remembered having another brother SURELY... Since after all, baby Gabby was brought home form the hospital in order to be drowned in a private manner... That after Angela got rid of her son, they'd need a doppleganger stand in to keep space in order to avoid questions which inevitable result in answers like "A dingo stole my baby!" (Best band name ever.)

Is it possible that Peter's not a REAL Petrelli?

Which means Pete can travel back in time and boff his mother to become his own father and keep nusseling with his niece on the side without any incest issues?

I dislike Peter.

Just kidding about the spoiler thing, don't worry. ;)

And if you dislike Peter, why try to get him off the hook for incest?

Get him off the hook for having a seriously interesting character flaw?

Luke Skywalker had a chance not to be infinitely dull but Lucas scrubbed that quirk off him.

They mentioned heroes on True Blood last week, in the same breath as compliments about drugs and big gay fang banging sex. claimed that's all which made Mondays especially excellent.

Stephen Root even!

"I love Mondays...first Heroes, then you"

Need to catch up on the last three eps which is why I've not been following along lately :D

Han: Luke, never go ass to mouth!
R2-D2: Beep boop beep beep boop.
C-3PO: What do you mean, "Especially with your own sister?"

^ Well, one of the characters is liked while the other repels the fanbase... so naturally they went with the one that repels. :p

Hey actual news about Heroes!

NBC fires producers over sagging ratings.

Heroes," produced by Universal Media Studios, has struggled in the ratings its third season. It's understood that Alexander and Loeb were let go because of Peacock execs' frustration with the creative direction of the show. The show is also said to have been grappling with hefty budget overruns this season, that are going well beyond its already sizable $4 million per-seg pricetag.
My only question is: do the suits have the slightest idea what can be done to turn the show around? What "creative direction" would they prefer to see?

A pretty obvious idea is to stop playing fast & loose with plot and character logic, and where the logic does exist, make it more obvious so people don't think it's more bad writing. But that assumes that most of the audience is paying attention to logic issues. That would certainly be a change of pace for the way most TV is viewed; shows don't usually get punished for being fast-paced thrill rides where logic gets trampled underfoot. ;)

Another problem is that the audience is still around 11M, but 3M are watching the show on DVR and the advertisers won't pay for them. So who's to say the problem is the show content at all? The problem is TiVO.

As for the budget overruns, the cast is absurdly large. Axing Maya was a good start. Get rid of Hiro and Ando next, they serve no purpose in the show anymore. Stop adding new people like the who-cares new villains. They're okay as redshirts but they don't need to be a focus. They've got a strong core cast of about 8 or 9 characters, use them effectively and trim the payroll.

^McCain...or maybe...

"We're gonna get all mav'ricky on this show, with it's Gotcha Liberal Super-Hero Elite, you betcha!"
