Pretty good ep--though Peter and Sylar seem to be suffering from the same problem Clark has on Smallville: periodic amnesia regarding various abilites. I liked the revelations at the end, and I'm cautiously optimistic that Heroes may have turned the corner for the season.

I'm seeing improvement this season. I'm cautiously optimistic. I still wish they'd trim the cast. I just don't care about Hiro, Ando, and the speedster chick. I'm dangerously close to not caring about Clare. I felt so sorry for Bubbles from "The Wire." He killed himself rather than killing Sylar. :( So sad.

Knox's power isn't super strength, as Niki's was. He only gets super strength when he absorbs other people's fear. Which I still don't understand. Does his body absorb the chemicals/pheromones/whatever released by people experiencing fear, which is then converted into a sort of short-term super-steroids?

And I could say that Niki only had super-human strength when she was Jessica (or do I have that backwards?) so, she didn't really have super strength.

Whatever.

They both have super-human strength.

Niki's power was super strength. Jessica was just a split personality. Niki used her power Jessica-free in the S1 finale and in S2.

Maybe Adam brings Ando back to life using his blood. Having been betrayed by his best friend, Ando accepts the Super Sauce and sets off with his new lightning powers on an uncharacteristic quest for revenge.

"Ando frets over Hiro's decision to befriend Daphne."

You know that scene where Hiro sees Ando kill him? And he tells Ando that he has turned into a villain in the future? I'm betting it's the other way 'round. I betcha Hiro turns bad (or at least misguided) and Ando is still trying to save the world.

You heard it here first. :)

I called it weeks ago :D

Hah, I remember calling that one too. :D
Dammit! OK then how about this? All the good guys will turn bad and all the bad guys will turn good.

The only one who won't change is Noah, since he is both an angel AND a monster anyway. Which is what makes him so compelling, and the winner of the Hurt/Heal game.

Interesting. A lot of people are here saying it's tied with the best of season one, and here I'm thinking this episode was just too jumbled to really be good. This season is losing something (Maybe flow) with all these new twists and turns and I don't know what is what or what is going on. Now they brought back Mr. Peterelli and people are talking about "puppet guy," and the new guy who is controlling Marideth and I'm just losing track of everything. The "puppet guy was the guy who was talking to Mr. Petrelli right? He also locked Nathan and Matt into kind of a cell thing last season? So was he the same guy who showed Angela her new vision of Nathen, Peter and Tracy dead. Also, they killed Ando. I couldn't believe it.

If someone wants to give me a good concise summary of the final 10 minutes of this show and maybe clear up some things, I will give this episode an above average. Until then, I think I'm leaning on Average right now. I'm so confused it's making my head hurt. :(

Darnit, my sister called me in the middle of the episode. Please tell me I didn't miss Peter/Nathan stuff. Someone said there was Peter/Nathan stuff, even though Peter's in a coma. That would be just my luck to miss it. :scream:

At this rate, Peter being in a coma might be good for the character. Maybe he can regenerate his lost intelligence quotients.

Puppet guy and Matt's dad are two different people. Matt's dad was the guy who was talking to Mr. Petrelli and he has the same ability as Matt. Matt's dad IS the one who did the whammy on Mrs. Petrelli. I believe tonights ep was the first time we have seen puppet guy.

Peter kept crying out for someone named Rory Gilmore in his dreams, whatever that means.

And this Puppet guy was the one controlling Marideth? Makes sense given all the puppets. Thanks.

I still can't believe they killed Ando, and Hiro of all people. I did like the explaination of the Linderman visions and we're starting to see the pieces come together, but I have a worry about what to come in this season with lines being blurred and all that stuff. How many episodes is this volume anyway?

Wow! That was awesome. Easily the best episode of the season so far. All the characters were used well. This episode really showed that the writers have a plan for the season. Excellent!

I think Claire's story was very good. No whining this episode. Instead she tried to do the right thing by stopping the criminal but found out his story so tried to help him. I liked the ending. Not everyone that's locked up by The Company is really bad. Sad that the man died since it looked like the death he caused really had been an accident. All the Noah and Sylar scenes were gold as always since they are played by the two best actors on the show.

All the scenes with Adam were fun. It was cool how quickly he outsmarted Hiro to try to get away. Too bad he got knocked over the head and "forcefully" recruited into Arthur's army. I really hope he takes more of a leadership role along with Arthur Petrelli this season since Adam was the one that help build the Company and WAS the Big Bad last season. Adam and Elle were my favorite new characters introduced last year and I want to see more of them.

Wow. Who saw Hiro stabbing Ando coming? That was quite a shock. I'm not sure if Ando is really dead or not. If that was a trick it was nice of the writers to not reveal that it was some kind of trick yet by not telling us at the end of the episode which makes it more powerful. Hope Hiro REALLY didn't kill his best friend.

Arthur Petrelli is building an army and it looks like he is recruiting the strongest people he can get. There are many ways the writers can go with the story and I really want to see how this turns out. :techman:

It's Rory who should be crying. The guy she dumped for Peter in Gilmore universe turned out like this 3 years later.
