Yeah! Some love for the Sheliak! I love it. I watched that episode not too long ago and wondered if the Sheliak might be related to the Excalbians... similarish look, similar sound. Maybe?

Anyhow, I like this one way better than what we saw on-screen. Much better than the slightly modified Merchantmen.

I don't think they repainted it, just lit it with blue light for the beauty pass. Models were rarely repainted when you can change the color with a simple colored gel. And what do you suppose those extra pontoon were? My guess is U-boats or some other submarine.
