HELP! Need admiral or captain to marry BFF

So my best friend of 10+ years has found a decent banana of a man and getting married. She LOVES and lives for Star Trek. Excitably points out actors (even the ones who just play various small roles) in different shows and movies. She already requested that I learn bosun whistle to alert people of her arrival but has mentioned recently that she’s love to find a priest who’s willing to wear the uniform of a high enough ranking star fleet official to marry her. Then the idea came if they had someone in military/navy and maybe this person really would be a rank able to marry her but also wear the Star fleet uniform to do so. Please let me know any ideas of where I can find this and if there are specific places and people I can ask. It would grant a dear wish of my beloved friend who’d love to have this fandom involved in her wedding day. Any suggestions and questions would be lovely! Thank you!!

Being a navy captain doesn't give someone legal capacity to officiate at a wedding. The person would need to have that qualification separately. Try looking up wedding officiants and/or wedding planners in your area. There's got to be somebody out there who could set up a theme wedding. They would probably be reluctant to do an actual "Star Trek theme" (or any other specific intellectual property) so as not to upset the rights holders, but maybe it could be a general sci-fi type of theme. And then the couple could separately rent a Starfleet uniform costume for the officiant to wear.

There's a Star Trek cruise in March next year. SOME cruise lines have their captain's capable of handling wedding ceremonies for a fee, but I doubt you're going to get the captain to put on a star trek outfit.

I cannot imagine a priest would wear a costume from Trek for a wedding ceremony.
Maybe they could do something in Las Vegas
