You guys know how indecisive I can be and you seem to like helping me decide what to buy. This time it isn't rubber ducks or tote bags - it is Little Thinker Dolls.

I already own Charles Darwin, Albert Einstein and Sherlock Holmes and I have decided to buy two more dolls, one will be Marie Curie but I would like you to choose the other for me.

The candidates are

1) Salvador Dali

2) Leonardo Da Vinci

3) Galileo

4) Edgar Allan Poe

I said in my OP that I am buying Marie Curie.

Other females in the collection include Queen Elizabeth I, Frida Kahlo, Jane Austen, Emily Dickinson, Cleopatra, Eleanor Roosevelt and Florence Nightingale.

If there was a Boudicca, or a Rosalind Franklin, I would buy them.

Edited to show Marie Curie

I'd pick Leonardo Da Vinci. Mind showing us Charles Darwin, Albert Einstein and Sherlock Holmes too?

I'm kinda partial to the look of the Edgar Allen Poe doll. He just looks cute, in a morbid and depressed way.

I never heard of Little Thinker dolls before. I assume they're meant as a novelty collector's item for adults? It's hard to imagine kids playing with an Edgar Allan Poe action figure. :wtf:

According to the website they are suitable for children over three years of age. They are soft and cuddly and I am sure some parents are buying them for their children. if I had grandchildren i wouldn't hesitate in giving them an Einstein, a Sherlock or a Darwin.

I chose Da Vinci. Not necessarily because it's the most attractive doll, but because he's like a must-have classic thinker. Can you really have a set of Little Thinker Dolls without Da Vinci? I think not. Galileo is a good option for the reasons mentioned as well.

i think it is shocking that they don't have an Isaac Newton doll.
