Help identifying toys

I was at a thrift store the other day and found these toys in a bag and for 2 dollars i thought they were a steal, but I can't find anything about them online could you help me identify them? These are the only marks I could find on them.

I might be wrong but I get the feeling that they may have been homemade. Yes, I've seen homemade Christmas Tree ornaments that looked that good, even much better.

A Google image search for "star trek eggs" came up with an image for some similar TNG characters, though it looks like they're by a different artist. Didn't find any clues to their origin though.

Do you think they can be worth anything?

I've no idea, I've never bought anything with the intent of reselling it.

Probably not much if anything.
