Help an old man out...

What is the Star date of every NuTrek show? Personally, I consider Picard the current time.

I don’t know any stardates.

I think Lower Decks, Prodigy and Picard are all in the same time, the near future of the TNG/DS9/VOY timeline.

Strange New Worlds is a few years before TOS.

Discovery is set in the 3100’s.

Don’t know if that’s specific enough, but that’s generally accurate.

Picard is set very early in the 2400s (season one was 2399).

If they sprang for a season four, they ought to sneak in Picard's 100th birthday party.

But yeah, LD and Prodigy seem to be in the 2380s.

  • Enterprise - 2151-2154
  • Discovery seasons 1-2 - 2256-2258
  • Strange New Worlds season 1 - 2258-2259
  • The Original Series/The Animated Series/Movies I-VI - 2265-2293
  • The Next Generation/Deep Space Nine/Voyager/Movies VII-X - 2364-2379
  • Lower Decks seasons 1-3 - 2380-2381 (stardates 57436.2-58499.8)
  • Prodigy season 1 - 2383 (stardates 607125.6-61408.8)
  • Picard seasons 1-2 - 2399-2401
  • Discovery seasons 3-4 - 3188-3190
A few notes:
  • I didn't add stardates for the 23rd century shows, as the stardates just randomly go up and down.
  • Science advisor Erin MacDonald has implied that the stardates system used by the new shows has the start of the year around stardate xx436 and that one year= slightly less than 1000 stardate units, so the years from Lower Decks and Prodigy are based on those. Interestingly the latest Prodigy stardate fits pretty well with the end of 2383, which is the year promotional material originally put Prodigy in.
  • I used stardates from the Lower Decks and Prodigy Logs when there was no later/earlier stardate in an actual episode. It wouldn't change much if I didn't.
  • No stardates in Picard.
  • I haven't finished Discovery season 4, so I'm not quite sure if it actually reaches into 3190.

Discovery's first two seasons? Some random lower four-digit number.
Strange New Worlds? Some random lower four-digit number.

Lower Decks? Stardate 58XXX.X.
Prodigy? Stardate 61XXX.X.
Picard? They haven't given stardates, but they'd be 76XXX.X in the first season and 78XXX.X in the second.

Discovery since the third season? Stardate 865XXX.X. They took TNG Stardates and extrapolated from there.

I think Lower Decks, Prodigy and Picard are all in the same time, the near future of the TNG/DS9/VOY timeline.

Even without looking at the official timeline though, there have to be about 20 years between LD and PIC though. Both due to the personal timeline of two characters that appear in both shows, and because the important events in PIC's past haven't happened yet in LD.

@Jinn has it about right. Here's some specifics about Berman era Trek.

TNG runs from 2364 to 2371.
DS9 runs from 2369 to 2376, putting the Dominion war from 2374 to 2376.
VOY runs from 2371 to 2378.
Generations: 2371, because Worf was posted to DS9 in 2372.
FC was 2373 or so, pre Dominion war.
INS was 2376 or later, post Dominion war, because Worf was no longer on DS9.
NEM was 2379, because it was 15 years after TNG began, and Janeway was back.

Eh, close enough.

;)

IIRC Roddenberry used Stardates as a way to avoid giving a specific dates. They were not truly linear but adjusted for position and relative velocities of the ship and the universe where it traveled. The Captain's log could give one Stardate during a mission and a Stardate with a lower number on a mission which followed it. I think this was explained in the book 'The Making of Star Trek '

TNG to 2370
DS9 to 2375, war 2373-75
INS 2375
